These are the actual fees for the most common procedures in the practice. We are fee-for-service: insurance is welcome and we provide everything you need to file for reimbursement, but we do not contract with networks and we do not adjust the schedule for individual patients.

Comprehensive new-patient examination

Includes ninety-minute appointment, full intraoral photography, digital x-rays, periodontal charting, doctor consultation, and written treatment plan.

Routine hygiene appointment

Forty-five to sixty minutes with a hygienist. For patients without active periodontal disease.

Periodontal maintenance

For patients with a history of treated periodontal disease who are on a recurring three- or four-month interval.

Periodic recall examination

Recurring six-month examination for established patients.

Coordinated with a surgical specialist. Treatment plan and total cost provided after the diagnostic phase.

Fees are reviewed annually. Larger cases are quoted individually and provided in writing before treatment begins. Payment is due at the time of service; we accept cash, check, and credit cards, and we offer outside financing through CareCredit and Cherry for larger cases.
