The practice name, the doctors’ biographies and credentials, the practice history, the office address (1814 12th Avenue South, Suite A, Nashville, Tennessee 37203), the telephone number ((615) 555-0217), the email address (hello@riverstonedental.com), and the published fee schedule shown on this site are all invented for the purpose of the demonstration. The (615) 555- exchange used for the phone number is within the 555 range reserved for fiction and directory assistance.

Any resemblance between the practice, the dentists, persons, street address, building, or premises depicted or described on this site and any actual practice, dentist, person, address, building, or premises — living, operating, deceased, or dissolved — is coincidental and unintended. Photographs used on the site are licensed stock imagery and do not depict the fictional practice, its fictional dentists, its fictional offices, or any actual patients. No doctor-patient relationship is or can be formed through this site or any communication submitted through it.

A real dental practice operating in Tennessee would advertise under the rules of the Tennessee Board of Dentistry, codified principally at Tennessee Code Annotated § 63-5 and Board Rule 0460. Those rules require, among other things, that any practice advertising publicly identify the licensed dentists by name and credential, accurately represent the services offered, identify any specialty status with reference to a recognized specialty board, and avoid misleading or deceptive content.

Because Riverstone Dental is fictional, no Tennessee license number is displayed and no specialty-board status is claimed. A real practice would publish license numbers, specialty designations where applicable, and any required signage on every public-facing communication, including the website footer.
